That’s why, when we discover initiatives that could support our colleagues when times may be tough, we’re determined to do all we can to help.

Each business unit within Severfield, including Peers, work closely with Mental Health First Aid England and we have developed our own positive mental health campaign called ‘Heads Up’.

The Heads Up mental health campaign is something we communicate regularly with our employees through the various channels we have available and we have developed some encouraging '10 Steps to Better Mental Health' which we share, along with other suggestions and tips.
